Troubleshooting

My current puzzle disappeared

Start a new puzzle only when you are ready to replace the current one. If you left the app during a puzzle, open Sudoku Zen again and use Resume when it is available on the home screen.

Hints or notes are confusing

Use Notes to mark possible numbers before committing an answer. The hint button first highlights a helpful cell, then reveals the correct value when used again.

Sound or vibration feedback

Haptic feedback can be managed from Settings inside the app. Device-level vibration settings may also affect how feedback feels.

Ads or privacy choices

If privacy options are required in your region, they are available from Settings. You can also contact support for privacy-related questions.

Sudoku Zen includes Easy, Medium, Hard, and Expert puzzles.

Does Sudoku Zen track progress?

Yes. Completed games are shown in the dashboard with your finished puzzles, best times, and best scores by difficulty.

What should I include in a support email?

Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful when possible.
